Operations Overview
Staff & Roles
Roles: Admin · Accounts · Sales · Delivery. All four roles can own shops and use the Sales visit workflow. Automatic delivery rotation still uses Delivery staff only.
Shop Master & Ownership
One shop can have only one permanent assigned staff member. Sales and Delivery staff can own shops. Reassignment updates future visit plans automatically.

Odoo Read-Only Integration

READ ONLYOdoo is source-only. Team App never creates, edits, validates, cancels or deletes anything in Odoo.
Import only after the preview is verified against Odoo.
Customer sync imports Odoo Company customers only and reads Shop Name, City and Phone. Odoo salesperson is ignored; Team App controls shop ownership independently. Invoice sync reads Invoice Number, Customer, Created Date/Time and Total. The 70-day history refresh paginates until every invoice in the date window has been read; there is no total invoice-count limit. Sales-history rows are kept separate from operational deliveries. New operational Odoo invoices are checked incrementally using Odoo write timestamps; the 60-second watcher does NOT re-read the 70-day history. A small overlap prevents missed invoices, duplicate invoice IDs are ignored, and backend throttling prevents duplicate load when Admin and Accounts are both logged in. New deliveries are automatically assigned by persistent round-robin to available Delivery staff. If nobody is available, the invoice stays Unassigned. Odoo remains read-only.
